SUMMER 2024

We have started hiring for the summer of 2024. Returning staff who are interested in retaining their roles for the summer email LeRoy. We are looking to build a team of dynamic coaches who can deliver a uniquely fun experience to kids ages 4-12. The multi step interview process starts with an initial screening. From there subsequent in person interviews will be scheduled. Being a former CIT does not guarantee a position with Viking for the summer. Weekday Summer Camp (30-40 hours per week Monday-Friday)

Extended Day Team (15-20 hours per week in the afternoon)
After the camp day, the Extended Day Team gives campers structure from 3pm-6pm.

  • Extended Day Coordinator ($20-$25/hr)
  • Head Coach ($18-$20/hr)
  • Coach ($15-$18/hr)
  • Junior Coach- 17 and younger ($15/hr)

Weekend Clinic Team (3-15 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays)
Clinics are 30-50 minute classes that meet weekly for 4-7 weeks.

  • Clinic Lead/Head Coach ($20-$25/hr)
  • Coach ($15-$18/hr)
  • Junior Coach- 17 and younger ($15/hr)

Events Team
Events include birthday parties, school fairs, and races to name a few. Where ever fun is needed for a short period of time, we are there.

  • Event Team Member ($15-$25/hr plus tips)- pay rate varies by experience, skill set, capacity for travel, and ability to captivate.
